Old Business:
New Business: The invitations for the annual dinner and auction on February 9th will be going out in the next couple of weeks. Please let us know if you have a change in address if you can contribute to the auction.
Guest Speaker: Thank you Tara Hendrickson of the Tax Shack for your presentation on how to prepare for tax season. If you want more information or have questions you can reach her at 253-858-1553. There are some changes this coming year. Be prepared.
Individual Reports: Barb Heard of the Sound Credit Union let us know that the Vet tree is overflowing and the Santa sleigh is doing very well also.
Cheryl Johnson of Costco wants us to remember that gift cards are available and memberships make great gifts.
Dan Gregory of the Peninsula School District had a great winter fest at Peninsula High this year. The 2015/2016 school year will have prep for career and tech education available, as well as offerings in health science and computer science. TEALS will be offered for the first time.
Dennis Taylor of the KP Health & Professional Center says all is going strong.
Don Tjossem has a new book on Mountain Climbing coming out in March.
Ed Robison of E& L Civil Engineering presented the Little League team we sponsored team photo as well as two caps that will go to volunteers for the livable fair.
Frank Grubaugh Fire Commissioner Guy Allan is doing a great job as new Fire Chief. Guy is also doing a great job on their Facebook page.
Gorge Robison of the KP Lions Club says all looks good.
Guy Allen Pierce County Fire Chief reports that call volumes are higher than last year. Over 1800 calls. Especially car accidents.
Jud Morris of KP Family Resource they finished the holiday helper program and served over 480 children and their families. Donated toys left over to the Angel Guild to help more.
Karen Horan of Salon 302 has added two new people to her staff and all is going strong.
Laurie Rice of KP Toastmasters meet every Thursday at the library.
Marcia Harris of KP School Bus Connect They are available every Tuesday and Thursday. There will be no service for the next 2 weeks. on the KPCC front a retreat to brainstorm is being planned. More on this next month.
Mary Jackson of Lake Kathryn Village Costless is having some great sales.
Jessica Wisberger of Business Consultant is staying busy and if you need help with your business needs call her for help.
Phyllis Henry of the Angel Guild open for Christmas eve day 10-4.
Rosina Vertz of the Key Center Library Closed on Christmas eve and Christmas day as well as New Years Day. They will also be having a Flint Napery Program in the new year.
Ruth Bramhall of Longbranch Sportsmen Club all is going well.
Stan Flemming of Pierce County Council this was his last meeting as PCC rep. Thank you So MUCH for all you’ve done for the Peninsula. We will miss you!
Tracy Oliverra of Serenity Salon can’t wait for construction to be done. They are busy.
Todd Rosenbach of LPL Financial Merry Christmas candy canes for all. A very Heartfelt Thank you to Stan and Cindy!
