New Business:

1.       Tourism Survey – Ed reported an outside company evaluated Gig Harbor and distributed copies of the results.  One suggestion was that Gig Harbor could use the Key Peninsula as a draw for daytime tourism.

2.       Blondie’s – It was suggested that one person work with Blondie’s regarding seating & location within the restaurant. Bek suggested individual reports switch to the beginning of the luncheon meeting, with a time limit, and committee reports be brief.  It was agreed that the guest speaker is the priority.

3.       Book Proposal – Debra said the Peninsula Writers Guild is proposing a book, about children, to the Children’s Home Society.  They are looking for donations to have about 25-50 books published.
