SUMMER NOTE:

Children’s Home Society of Washington is offering free drop-in and scheduled activities programming for middle and high school youth at the Red Barn,July 1st – August 22nd, Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Key Peninsula School Bus Connects program offers transportation options Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to and from the Red Barn. Volunteers, donations, snack items, and water are needed. There are lot of fun events throughout the year. You’ll find home-made pies, carnival rides and hometown fun at the annual Key Peninsula Community Fair. Relive the peninsula’s colorful past during Old Timer’s Day. All year long are chili cook offs, farmers markets, crab and salmon feeds, art festivals, and the list goes on and on.
